Using the service

Use OfficeDocHelp only for files you own or have permission to process. Don't use it to break the law, remove protection from documents you're not entitled to open, or abuse the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and password. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, the credit system or referrals.

Credits & payments

Credits have no cash value. Manual payments are activated after verification. If something went wrong with a payment, contact support within 7 days.

No warranty

Tools are provided "as is". Always keep a copy of your original files.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
